Our butcher, Ryan, was named the 2026 Grand Champion at the Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative’s Best Butcher Contest. The competition tested everything from technical knife skills and cutting accuracy to sanitation, product utilization, and retail presentation.

That level of expertise does not stop with one person. Members of our team continue to complete hands-on training with experienced butchers to strengthen their knowledge and craftsmanship.
