Locals’ Market is a hometown grocer built around fresh, perishable foods, strong service, and convenient, everyday shopping. We are growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who wants to be part of building something, not just maintaining it.
This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of daily store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and work alongside a Kitchen Manager as part of the store’s leadership team. Together, you will ensure the store runs smoothly across both retail and foodservice.
You will work alongside your team on the floor while also owning key responsibilities around pricing accuracy, data reporting, and operational execution. Every decision involving labor, production, pricing, and waste impacts results, and this role plays a direct part in getting those decisions right.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in both the customer experience and the details behind the scenes that make a store run well.
